Hidden in a crack between two stones, only one arm peeks out, feeling the water around it without rushing. Slowly another arm appears, and then the whole body slides out, changing shape to fit through the narrow gap. It moves slowly along the bottom, touching every stone it finds along the way, as if looking for something in particular. When a shadow passes nearby, it pulls back suddenly and hides again, leaving just the tip of one arm outside. After waiting a while, it carefully comes back out and continues along the rocks. For this page you can mix several shades for the arms and let each one carry a slightly different tint, as if they moved with the light.
