About Detailed Bear Drawing to Color for Ages 6+
Near the edge of a stream, among wet stones, a heavy body moves, flattening the grass with every step. The front paws sink into the mud while the head lowers to sniff something among the roots. A low growl, almost a deep rumble, sounds as it settles against a fallen trunk. The fur bristles slightly in the cold wind coming down from the rocks. With one paw, it pushes a stone aside and checks underneath out of curiosity, then lifts its head again at a distant crack among the trees. It stays still for a long while, listening, before moving on toward the shade. For this page you can mix grays and browns for the rocky background and give the fur several shades, as if the light shifted with the angle.
