After a rain shower passes and the sun comes back out between the clouds, a rainbow sometimes stretches across the sky in the shape of an arc. The colors always line up in the same order, one next to the other, and they tend to stand out more when the sky behind them is still dark with clouds drifting away. As the minutes go by it fades until it disappears, though sometimes a fainter second arc can be seen just above it. On this coloring page you can play with the order of the colors or invent your own version, mixing shades that don't usually go together. Try making one band more intense than the rest too, as if that were the part that stands out most in the sky.
