About Seaplane Coloring Page to Print Free

Over the water, the seaplane moves forward leaving two parallel wakes before gathering speed and lifting off. Instead of wheels, it has long floats under the fuselage, letting it settle onto lakes, rivers, or the sea without needing a runway. Before taking off, the pilot checks that the water surface is calm enough, since large waves can make the initial push harder. Once in the air, it flies like any other plane, though its floats remain visible underneath, ready for the next landing on water. When it touches down, two sprays of foam rise on either side until the plane slows to a stop. While coloring this page, try shades of blue for the water and a very different color for the fuselage, and add your own pattern on the floats.
