A skeleton raises one arm high and bends its knees at the same time, as if following a rhythm only it can hear. The ribs shift a little each time the torso twists to one side, and the finger bones open and close in time with every step. When it lifts one leg and stretches it back, the foot points toward the ceiling for a moment before touching the ground again. The head tilts to one side and then the other, never losing its balance.
