About Cabin Boy on the Mast Coloring Page to Print Free

The cabin boy climbs the mast holding on to the ropes, going up little by little until he reaches the lookout post at the very top of the ship. From there he can see the sea stretching in every direction and spot any movement on the horizon before anyone else on deck. The wind blows harder the higher he climbs, and his clothes press against his body as he holds on tight with both hands. Every so often he shouts news down below, and his voice mixes with the sound of the sails and the waves hitting the hull. When his turn ends, he climbs down slowly, watching where he steps among the ropes and knots. Once he reaches the deck, he shakes off his clothes and goes to tell the crew what he managed to see from up there.
